I joined NAI Daus as a Broker Associate focusing on Industrial
properties and vacant land acquisition and sales.
I have been working in the Greater Cleveland, Ohio Real Estate
industry for over 20 years and have a working knowledge of the necessary construction components, approval process, sales and marketing of both improved and unimproved
properties.
Scope of Service Experience
Before joining NAI Daus, I was the Principal Broker of the
real estate firm, Parkside Realty. There I managed all aspects of the
business, including property listings and sales. I was also a
Principal of Parkside Builders Inc., where I managed all areas of
construction, from the residential structures to the company’s land
development needs. Along with this, I was Vice President of
Operations at Central Contracting Corporation, where I focused on the
installation of improvements for land development projects. With
25 years of experience in the development, construction and sales of
commercial and residential land and structures, I can bring many
aspects to a real estate transaction for my clients.
